Phizzle does not offer 24x7 support via email. As a valued client, we want you to receive the highest quality support. By requiring our customers to use our support portal, our entire Engineering department sees every request in real time, allowing the team to triage your issue as quickly as possible and find a resolution.

Feel free to contact your Account Manager via email, however, we will only provide 24/7 support via the Phizzle Support Portal.
